Local and Culturally Relevant Events this week

The occassion was part of the announcement of the celebration of the 35th Anniversary of Con Salsa, a Latin-based music show hosted by Masso. Pedroso is the leader of a 16 piece Cuban Timba band and noted to be one of the most important figures in the history of Cuban Timba music. Bank of America presented books, paper, crayons and other supplies that were lost due to flood damage to children at Dorchester Head Start on June 10.
