Boston Fish Pier Seafood Festival
The Boston Fish Pier Seafood Festival celebrates Massachusetts' sustainable seafoods and rich maritime history. Festival-goers can enjoy sampling delicious "small plates" from local seafood restaurants; an all-day clambake; chefs' demonstrations; beer, wine, and soft drinks; artists, face-painters, live entertainment, oyster shucking competition, and more. All ages welcome. Saturday, Oct. 6 from 11:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., at the Bank of America Pavilion, 290 Northern Ave., Boston MA 02210. $10 adults, $8 students, children under 12 free
