Whittier Street redeveloping Roxbury's vacant parcel 3

A total of $9 million in financing from Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, the Property and Casualty Initiative and MassDevelopment is allowing the Whittier Street Health Center to complete its 79,000-square-foot new home.
