I want to congratulate Judge Roderick Ireland on his confirmation as the first African American to serve as Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. I know this was long overdue, but I love the fact that our first African American governor made this happen.
Judge Ireland has always been in our prayers. While serving on the juvenile court, he placed my nephew with our family when he was a little boy. That little boy is now an attorney in Atlanta, and I want to thank Judge Ireland from the bottom of my heart.
Good Luck Your Honor!

I graduated from a four-year college some time ago but went back to Roxbury Community College to update my computer skills along with writing and math. I really enjoyed taking algebra and statistics. I also enjoyed my writing classes very much. I don’t care what you hear or what you say, I had a wonderful time at this educational institution. It came with the regular problems of any college, but all in all I loved it. The teachers were superb, open and engaging. All of them worked hard to make sure students succeeded. I am very excited to hear about the renovations and what that could mean in drawing more student to this campus. RCC is the best!
A very proud student
