Given the recent findings that Boston police didn't use excessive force in the arrest of a juvenile captured on videotape, do you believe there's a need for a stronger civilian review board?

Absolutely. I think the public should establish a civilian review board because they should be able to make and control what goes on in their community - and if the officials are not meeting protocol, I think the public should have a right to speak. More »
