Or Paul LaCamera. Or Wayne Budd. Now joining the list is Dr. Gary Gottlieb. A psychiatrist by training, Gottlieb was president of the Brigham and Women's and Faulkner hospitals at the time of his selection. After a long layoff, Blake, a 40-year-old Dorchester resident and mother of four, is once again working toward a college degree.
