What was your reaction to the recent indictment of former House Speaker Salvatore F. DiMasi on corruption charges?

This is political. Politics is deep. My girl, [state] Rep. Gloria Fox, and my senator, Dianne Wilkerson, and Councilor Chuck Turner were … set up into their petty political scandals for obvious reasons I won’t get into. The Sal DiMasi situation has been going on for over 100 years under the Golden Dome.

I knew it was coming. Everybody knows that he had his hand in the till. You see the corruption when you see many contracting construction jobs going on in the black community without black people working them.

I think he’s a fraud like the two other Speakers of the House before him. I’m so glad that Gov. Patrick is there. Maybe he can start cleaning up the Hill.
