To me, it’s about finding out how many people we really have living in our respective areas. We’ve been under-counted for too long. It’s not like they’re asking for our social security numbers. We’ve got to get rid of that old paranoid mentality. |

It’s important because it tells the government how to allocate resources for different communities, etc. You can’t complain about a lack of resources if you don’t fill it out. That’s like complaining about politics but you don’t vote! |

I think it’s important because it’s a calculation of every race, including African American and Negroes (which they have on the questionnaire). It’s very important, because it can help us with funding for our community’s future. |
