Do you agree with the Boston City
Council vote to oust Chuck Turner?

I think the Council was wrong if they didn’t have the authority to oust him.

Jerry Short

Absolutely not. He’s been very helpful to our community.

Donna Lisa Barbosa
Notary Public
Codman Square
No. He was a great person, doing a good job and he looked out for the people.

Yvonne-Young_-28.jpg I voted for him based upon his claim of innocence, but upon hearing his testimony, it clouded his veracity. Public officials must be clear and accountable on the stand: he didn’t do that. Though I agree with the Council’s decision, it was disheartening.

Charese-Williamson_-14.jpg I find it quite ironic. They’re like [a] firing squad. I’m baffled that it’s mostly black politicians now!

Lorraine-Nelson_-32.jpg The ouster occurred. My concern is the effect on the minority community and in particular, the heart-wrenching decisions that our newly elected officials, Ayanna Pressley and Felix Arroyo, had to make.
