|In certain industries, yes, especially in the industrial field and jobs that employ over a thousand people. Good for arbitration.
|Although I’m biased against certain unions, I think that it’s a necessary good to have their support.
|Yes, because the worker needs that voice to mediate between the employer and employee.
|No, because they tend to drown people in dues and [have] no real focus on keeping them steadily employed. Nothing’s ensured for the youth of today.
|I believe that unions are necessary if that door of equality is fairly open for all. I believe union representatives should not be employees of the company.

|Definitely. Unions still play a role, but the direction they’re heading now indicates that they need to restructure the process because so many people are out of work.
