He spoke from his heart. I appreciate that he didn’t respond to all the hate talk and other negative things being said about him. Barack dealt with decisive political [solutions]. |

I think Barack Obama’s speech was very well detailed, well delivered. I think the audience greatly accepted it. Personally speaking, I think it will be remembered as one of the pillars in this entire race. For us as a people, it’s a first step in really changing this world. | Crosby Tatum Executive Producer/CEO, Triceptus Studios Hyde Park |

I think the speech was good, but I would have preferred that he focused more on what he was going to do and not worry about what Sen. [John] McCain’s going to do [or] not going to do. Right now the people need to know what can they expect. |

I thought that Barack Obama’s speech was phenomenal. Change is definitely needed for this country and I think that he’s the man that going to make that change. He definitely has my support and I encourage the community at large to come out and support him. |

I think it was phenomenal. He actually reminds me of a passage in the Bible that talks about how Moses wasn’t able to enter into the Promised Land, but he carried the mantle over to Joshua. I look at Martin Luther King Jr. being Moses. But Joshua, who is Barack, is going to take the people into the Promised Land. | Ann Nelson Evangelist Dorchester |
