I don’t think the opposition is against the health care bill per se. It’s a good bill. I think they’re against the individual who presented it: an African American president that many in powerful positions have yet to accept and, more important, respect. |

President Obama’s doing the right thing in terms of redirecting the country for all the people. The Republicans, Independents, and some Democrats don’t want change and feel that they’re losing control. It’s a new day! |

This health care reform bill is a copy of what former Gov. Romney had put into place in MA. It was horrific for many single people making a short amount of money over guideline. Then forced to pay penalty fees they can not afford because available health options displaced them. Has it been revised to help? So, we must consider while one in five Americans are on food stamps - resulting in poor eating, causing more health issues in all age groups - only a few citizens have free care and why unaffordable co pays are out of the realm of reality. The health care must take care of the needy and the Democrats must stop playing house in the House and the Congress. Opposition come from greed, contempt and disrespect of the democrates who are not willing to fight for their policy.
