Yes, absolutely. I think it will cut down on a lot of the problems that we have in our community in regards to drinking, drugs, etc. People are self-medicating.

It’s the main issue in our community. It’s very important to dig into the mental health issues. Support should be there from the moment the child acts up. It’s not a jail, DYS issue, it’s a mental health issue.
