Clinical Nurse Manager for Women’s Health
The Clinical Nurse Manager for Women’s Health provides direction and supervision of nursing services for the Women’s Health Department at the Neponset Health Center. In addition to managing the nursing, medical assisting and administrative staff, duties include but are not limited to triage; access; case management; and nursing support of clinical sessions; developing, implementing and managing department budget; managing provider schedules; develop and implement processes in accordance with JCAHO, DPH and OSHA compliance standards; management and development of nursing, medical assisting and administrative staff.
Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements:
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing, three years of experience in clinical nursing, 1 year of supervisory experience, ambulatory nursing and Case Management experience preferred.
Required Certifications and Licenses:
Current Massachusetts RN License
Supervisory Responsibility:
Nursing, Medical Assisting and Administrative Staff
Preferred Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements:
Intermediate computer skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, experience in case management.
