The Elder Service Plan of Harbor Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide. Duties include responsibility for kitchen maintenance, OSHA compliance, ensuring that all sanitation protocols are maintained; maintaining all storage areas, required daily logs, supplies & ensuring kitchen equipment is in working order, may occasionally be responsible for light cooking/baking.
Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent, proven oral and written English communication skills, Ability to accurately complete daily dietary log, one year of experience working with a geriatric population (required), one year of food service experience, Serve Safe Certification preferred.
