The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice will host BizGrow, a free groundbreaking event designed to connect dozens of existing and potential small business owners with free legal and business support. This event will be held on July 13th from 1-6 PM at Suffolk Law School (120 Tremont Street in Boston). BizGrow will feature a large team of pro bono attorneys from Boston’s top law firms who will be joining forces to assist entrepreneurs with big dreams and limited resources.

Volunteer attorneys will provide free one-on-one legal consultations on small business issues as well as lead workshops addressing common pitfalls encountered by small businesses such as entity formation, intellectual property, tax, employment, and contracts.

Leaders from the Commonwealth’s top companies will present on crucial business issues such as finances, insurance, marketing, and e-commerce.

Business owners will be free to move between counseling sessions on specific business legal questions and expert-led workshops on business essentials. Business owners who are interested in receiving ongoing free legal assistance may be referred to law firms for pro bono counsel.

BizGrow is a great opportunity for small business owners to network with other entrepreneurs as well as leading legal and business professionals who can help them grow their business and achieve greater success.

Small business owners and entrepreneurs can sign-up for free at: https://bizgrowboston.eventbrite.com
