*Medical conditions:

Asthma (moderate-to-severe)

Cancer

Chronic kidney disease

Chronic lung disease

Dementia

Diabetes — type 1 and 2

Down syndrome

Heart conditions, such as heart failure and  coronary artery disease

HIV Infection

Hypertension

Liver disease

Organ or blood stem cell transplant

Overweight and obesity (BMI of 25 or higher)

Pregnancy

Sickle cell disease or thalassemia

Smoking — current or former

Stroke

Substance use disorders

Weakened immune system
