DeeDee’s Cry Presents Men Have Feelings Too

DeeDee’s Cry Suicide Prevention and Family Support (DeeDee’s Cry) DeeDee’s Cry is named after my sister who died by suicide at the age of twenty-three. I founded DeeDee’s Cry in 2017 after I noticed that organizations that focus on mental health awareness and suicide prevention didn’t have their events in Roxbury, Dorchester, or Mattapan. DeeDee’s Cry brings mental health awareness and suicide prevention to communities of color.

How can a man, a black man, navigate, understand, express, and show his feelings in a society that won’t allow him to breathe? Join us for this powerful discussion, Men Have Feelings Too.
