Cruz, III received the Alvaro Lima Outstanding Business Award from the Massachusetts Alliance of Portuguese Speakers (MAPS) during its recent, annual awards gala in Cambridge. Cruz Companies is the oldest and largest minority-owned construction and real estate development firm in the region.
