Property Manager, Council Tower
Rogerson is seeking an experienced manager to immediately join our team. They will lead a staff responsible for the property management and well-being of residents at Council Tower, a prestigious 17-story, 144-unit, HUD-subsidized senior housing property located in Roxbury. In this position, the successful candidate will manage a staff consisting of maintenance, service coordination, and administrative personnel for the smooth operation of Council Tower, and will be responsible for open communications with the residents to bring ongoing engagement.
