Psychologist
Schedule: 20 hours per week
Salary: $52,695 / year (licensed), $57,964.50 / year (3 years post license)
Sign-on bonus: $4000; $1333 upon completion of 30 days, $1333 upon completion of 6 months, $1334 upon completion of 12 months
As a Psychologist, you will evaluate persons served, facilitate group and individual therapy, provide therapeutic intervention and support services as needed. You will also provide direction, training and clinical supervision to Vinfen staff as needed.
In your role you will work together with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives by building independence skills.
Requirements:
- Doctorate degree in psychology
- Three to five years of clinical experience.
- Licensed as a psychologist in Massachusetts preferred
- Knowledge and experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness in a dynamic community setting
- Knowledge and experience conducting cognitive and psychological assessments
- Able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience and interest in treating individuals from underserved/underrepresented groups including those whom are homeless and forensically involved
