Telephone Answering Service Operator

ALL POSITIONS ARE ONSITE

Shifts Available:

1. Tuesday – Saturday 3pm -11pm
2. Sunday – Thursday   ( Sunday 3-11) Tuesday – Thursday 5pm -11pm
3. Friday – Sunday 3pm -11pm

In this position you will be providing call answering services for hospitals and medical practices throughout the U.S.

• Answer and direct calls to the correct department or individuals
• Triage calls from patients, determine needs and dispatch to the correct clinician
• Update databases and directories as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• 6 years of customer service experience ( call center, retail, hospitality)
• Typinf 40wwpm
• Flexibility in work schedule
• Desire to assist and help others
