November 25, 1938 – May 24, 2019
Diana Jones, 80, of Colorado Springs, passed away May 24, 2019, with her family by her side.
She was born to the late William and Viola Hyatt, November 25, 1938, Roxbury, Massachusetts.  Diana graduated from Jeremiah E. Burke High School in 1956. Diana continued her education by graduating from Mass Memorial Hospital School of Nursing as an RN. She continued her education by earning her Masters in Education.
She was married to the late William A. Jones in 1961 and they lived together in Mattapan, MA until 2000, before relocating to Belleview, NE to be nearer to her youngest Son and his wife. Diana is survived by two sons:  Michael Jones, of Colorado Springs, CO; David Jones, of Papillion, NE.  She is also survived by four grandchildren: Miles and Sydney, of Colorado Springs, CO; Devin and Sian, of Papillion, NE.
Diana was a Head Master of a Boston High School and a Registered Nurse.  She enjoyed knitting and the Red Hat Association.  Diana was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.  As her health declined, she often repeated the quote: “I’m a survivor.”
