Designers registered in Massachusetts are advised that.applications are available for preparation of plans and specifications and construction administration for the 2nd Elevator lnitiative at the Authority’s N. Attleboro 20 S. Washington Street. The firm must provide full basic services including investigation and initial design through preparation of contract documents, bidding and construction contract administration. The project manager or person charged with handling this project must be a (n) registered in Massachusetts.

The construction cost is $1,125,000.00.
The Fee for Basic Services is $140,000.00.

Applications and brochure requirements can be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the North Attleborough Housing Authority, North Attleborough, MA 02760. Copies may be picked up between the hours of 9:00-4:00 PM or mailed by calling 508-695-5142. Fifteen copies of the application must be submitted to the above address by 08/21/2019 at 2:00 p.m.

The successful applicant will be required to submit certificate of professional liability insurance indicating minimum coverage in the amount of $250,000.00.
