The BHA is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide
relocation services associated with the renovation of Sussman House at 50 Pleasant Street in Brookline, MA 02446. Sussman House is a 9-story, 100 unit, elderly/disabled federal public housing development. The BHA intends to renovate the property and temporarily relocate residents within the building during renovation. The consultant is expected to begin work immediately following selection and board approval in October 2021.
