Roxbury Community College invites sealed bids for:
Contracted Public Safety Services

It is the intention of Roxbury Community College to award a contract for 24 hour, seven-day-per-week non-sworn campus public safety services to the successful bidder effective: July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, with option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.

The IFB package may be obtained by accessing COMMBUYS, the state purchasing system on or after April 24, 2023 @ 10 a.m.

Sealed bid responses must be marked “Bid Number RCCPS2023” and will be received no later than 2 p.m. Friday, May 19, 2023 at the Purchasing Office of Roxbury Community College, 1234 Columbus Avenue, Room # 210, Roxbury, MA 02120 at which time and place they shall be publicly opened and read aloud. The purchasing manager and designated witness(es) will sign under the penalties of perjury a statement (1) listing the names of all bidders and the amounts of their bids and (2) declaring that the list is a complete and accurate list of the bids opened in the witness’ presence.

The College reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any or all bids, to accept the bid or part it deems most favorable to the College after the bids have been examined and checked, and to award the Contract that is deemed to be in the best interest of Roxbury Community College. Please note that no verbal information given will be binding upon the State unless such information is issued in writing as an official addendum.
