Rooftop Antenna Leases

The Brookline Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the lease and use of rooftop and related space on 11 developments operated by the BHA in the Town of Brookline. This space is available for the installation and operation of wireless and radio communications facilities. The BHA’s buildings are among the tallest buildings in Brookline and are well distributed among market-rate residential and commercial properties throughout North Brookline. The lease and use of these spaces will be on a nonexclusive basis. Multiple awards may be made available for each building and/or amongst buildings, space permitting.

Bidders may submit their Notice of Intention to Bid and must submit any questions or requests for modifications no later than 4:30 p.m. on January 11, 2018 via email to Desiree Ladd, Executive Assistant at dladd@brooklinehousing.org. A complete Q&A sheet will be distributed via email to all respondents and posted to the BHA webpage no later than January 18, 2018.

Bidders responding to this IFB must submit their sealed bid proposal(s) no later than 4:30 p.m. on February 6th, 2018 to: Desiree Ladd, Executive Assistant, Brookline Housing Authority, 90 Longwood Ave, Suite 1, Brookline, MA 02446.

Sealed envelopes must be clearly labeled with “Rooftop Lease Bid,” Firm Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Contact Person.
