A Complaint has been presented to this Court by the Plaintiff Jennifer S. Myrthil seeking a Complaint For Custody-Support-Parenting Time filed May 20/2019, against the above named defendant, and that the said defendant cannot be found within the Commonwealth and that his present whereabouts are unknown; that personal service on said defendant is therefore not practicable, and that said defendant has not voluntarily appeared in this action

You are required to serve upon Jennifer S. Myrthil, 99 Intervale St., #2, Boston, MA 02121– your answer on or before the 19th day of July, 2019.

If you fail to do so, the court will proceed to the hearing and adjudication of this action. You are also required to file a copy of your answer in the office of the Register of this Court at Boston.
