A petition has been filed by Executive Office of Health of Boston, MA requesting To Compel Payment Of Claim and Sale Of Real Estate And request that the Court order as follows: To extent that available funds exist, the Estate of Esther J. Pierre and/or any individual who may have received distribution of Estate property/proceeds, shall pay to the Executive Office the Sum of $316,526.04 plus statutory interest; if available funds do not exist, the Estate shall make all reasonable efforts to sell the Decedent’s interest in said Property in the Estate as required under M.G.L.c.

You have the right to obtain a copy of the Petition from the Petitioner or at the Court. You have a right to object to this proceeding. To do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and objection at this Court before 10:00 a.m. on 03/28/2019. This is NOT a hearing date, but a deadline by which you must file a written appearance and objection if you object to this proceeding. If you fail to file a timely written appearance and objection followed by an Affidavit of Objections within thirty (30) days of the return date, action may be taken without further notice to you.
