To all interested persons:

A petition has been filed by Stephen R. Dickerson of Lynn, MA.

Requesting petitioner States: The current trustee’s father, now deceased, created the referenced Trust almost exactly 26 years ago. There is no provision for amendment, nor does the trust specifically provide that the instrument is revocable. In order to qualify for Fannie Mae-backed refinancing of a loan for which the trust corpus is collateral, the lender requires a finding that the trust is revocable because the beneficiaries and trustee are free to terminate the trust, the trust in inherently revoca.

You have the right to obtain a copy of the Petition from the Petitioner or at the Court. You have a right to object to this proceeding. To do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and objection at this Court before 10:00 a.m. on 03/28/2019. This is NOT a hearing date, but a deadline by which you must file a written appearance and objection if you object to this proceeding. If you fail to file a timely written appearance and objection followed by an Affidavit of Objections within thirty (30) days of the return date, action may be taken without further notice to you.
