Falmouth Admissions & Continued Occupancy Plan

The Falmouth Housing Authority published and made available the Admissions & Continued Occupancy Plan (also known as the ACOP) on April 19, 2019, for its federal public housing properties. The primary reason for the release is because the housing authority has changed the company that creates the administrative plans.

The ACOP will be available for a 30-day comment period. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Harborview Apartments, located at 115 Scranton Avenue – Community Room, Falmouth, HA 02540.

A copy of the ACOP has been placed in the community room at each federal housing property. The draft ACOP will be presented at the May 21, 2019 Board meeting. If it is approved by the Board of Commissioners, the new policy manual will be effective June 1, 2019.

The current ACOP can be reviewed online at the FHA website (www.falmouthhousing.org) or at the Main Office lobby, located at 115 Scranton Avenue, Falmouth MA 02540 during normal business hours.

Comments must be made in writing and submitted to Bobbi Richards, Executive Director, by May 17, 2019.
