FIRES DAMAGE REPAIRS AT THE CHINA TRADE BUILDING
SOLICITATION FOR WRITTEN QUOTES

The Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BRA”), is soliciting written quotes, entitled FIRE DAMAGE REPAIRS AT THE CHINA TRADE BUILDING, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 149, §§ 44A – 44J as may be amended. Solicitation for Written Quotes (“SFQ”) available: The SFQ package, including a site map and requirements for this project will be available to download on the BPDA Procurement Portal free-of charge in digital print form to all interested contractors on April 28, 2021 9:00 A.M. at www.bostonplans.org/work-with-us/procurement. Plan holders shall open and register the information requested for “FIRE DAMAGE REPAIRS AT THE CHINA TRADE BUILDING” and then follow the prompt to start file download under the “Work with Us” tab. If unable to access the SFQ package through the BPDA Procurement Portal, contact the BPDA Procurement Office at 617-918-5273, or via email to BPDA.CPO@boston.gov to make alternative arrangements. Site Visit and Pre-Submission Conference: will take place on May 11, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at The China Trade Building, 2 Boylston Street. Attendance at the site visit and pre-submission conference is not mandatory, however, all contractors are strongly encouraged to participate. Written quote submission: written quote responses are due May 26, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at: Boston Planning & Development Agency, 22 Drydock Ave Boston, Massachusetts 02210 or via e-mail to the BRA Procurement Office email BPDA.CPO@boston.gov. Written quote responses submitted after the deadline shall be rejected. Written Quotes: Each written quote package shall be filled out and addressed as listed below. Submit one (1) written quote marked: “Written Quote Response -_your company name, “FIRE DAMAGE REPAIRS AT THE CHINA TRADE BUILDING” and one digital copy (PDF version on a thumb drive.)
