HOUSING CHOICE PROJECT-BASED VOUCHERS (PBV)

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
TO CONTRACT WITH
THE FALMOUTH HOUSING AUTHORITY (FHA) FOR
HOUSING CHOICE PROJECT-BASED VOUCHERS (PBV)

The Falmouth Housing Authority (FHA) invites qualified housing owners and developers to submit proposals demonstrating their project eligibility, qualifications and interest in securing project-based housing choice vouchers that will serve eligible low-income individuals and families. Project-Based Voucher (PBV) assistance provides federally funded rental subsidies paid on behalf of eligible families who live in rental housing units that are contracted under the voucher program.

FHA has recently approved the solicitation and award up to 36 PBVs through a competitive selection process. The primary goal of this effort is to deconcentrate poverty and expand housing and economic opportunities for low-income individuals and families.

The RFP packets are available for download beginning January 27, 2023 on the FHA website www.falmouthhousing.org. Proposers should review the application and any addendum(s).

Proposals for Housing Choice PBVs will be accepted until 4:00 PM (EST) March 28, 2023. Proposals (proposal forms and all required additional documentation) must be submitted to FHA’s designated agent the Flynn Law Group at:
