Integrated Pest Management Program

The Brookline Housing Authority (BHA), the Awarding Authority, is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors for Integrated Pest Management Program in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Ch. 30-B. Contractors must meet the qualifications and requirements specified in the Bid Package. This will be a three-year contract. The agreement may be extended at the sole discretion of the authority for one (1) year terms up to two times at the terms agreed to in year three with the approval of the Authority’s Board.

Proposal copies and instructions are available September 16, 2022, only to qualified entities at https://www.brooklinehousing.org/bids.aspx Respondents to this RFP shall submit their proposals by email to BHA Executive Director, Michael Alperin at ed@brooklinehousing.org no later than 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2022. Fee proposal must be a separate document from other submission materials.
