The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is seeking bids for an Invitation to Bid for a ground lease of approximately 61,492 square feet of land and air rights in Boston, Massachusetts. The property consists of a parcel of land owned by MassDOT (56,578 +/- square feet) and a parcel of land owned by the City of Boston (4,914 +/- square feet). The Property is bounded by Kneeland Street, Lincoln Street, South Station Connector, and Albany Streets in Boston, Massachusetts.
