The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), requests the qualifications of an experienced, qualified, and professional architect/engineering design team (hereinafter, the “Designer”) to review existing conditions, produce construction documents for public bid and provide construction administration services for Masonry Repairs at the China Trade Building, 2 Boylston Street, Boston MA (hereinafter the “Design Services”), in conformance with M.G.L. c. 7C, §§ 44 – 58, as may be amended. RFQ is available starting at 9:00 A.M. on January 10, 2022 through download from the BPDA’s website: http://www.bostonplans.org/work-with-us/procurement. Plan holders shall open and register the information requested for “Masonry Repairs for the China Trade Building” and then follow the prompt to start file download under the “Work with Us” tab. If unable to access the RFP package through the BPDA ProcurementPortal, contact the BPDA Procurement Office at 617-918-5273, or via email to BPDA.CPO@boston.gov in order to make alternative arrangements. All responses to this RFQ must be returned no later than 12:00 P.M. (noon) on February 10, 2022, to: Teresa Polhemus, Secretary, Boston Planning & Development Agency, One City Hall Square, Room 910, Boston, MA 02201-1007.
