Erich Lindemann Building – Existing Fuel Oil System Upgrades, Boston, MA
This project is scheduled for 180 calendar days to substantial completion. Scope: Upgrades to the existing fuel oil system, including replacement of existing emergency generator day tank fuel oil transfer system with new packaged fuel oil transfer system, remote-mounted transfer system control panel, main storage tank, interconnecting secondary containment piping system with two service pipes, and various fuel oil controls devices and accessories.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2021 @ 8:00 AM at the Charles F. Hurley Building, 19 Staniford Street, Boston, MA. Meet in the lobby.
Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
