The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM), requests that qualified and experienced Trade Contractors submit Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications to be received through DCAMM’s E-Bid Room at www.bidexpress.com/businesses/10279/home no later than 12:00 PM, July 19, 2023.

This project consists of a multi-floor renovation of approximately 13,400 square feet on three separate floors for four distinct state agencies. Areas of renovation generally include offices, open workstation areas, conference and hearing rooms, support spaces and kitchenettes.

This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL Chapter 149A. DCAMM, through its Trade Contractor Prequalification Committee is prequalifying firms interested in providing public Trade Contractor services on this Public Construction Manager at Risk (“CM at Risk”) Project for the construction of the DCP – McCormack Renovation & Modernization, Boston, MA through this RFQ process.

Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following Ten (10) categories of work: Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron – Track 3 ($26,450); Waterproofing, Dampproofing & Caulking – Track 3 ($34,238); Glass & Glazing – Track 3 ($359,855); Acoustical Tile – Track 3 ($411,965); Resilient Floors – Track 3 ($606,657); Painting – Track 3 ($374,497); Fire Protection Sprinkler System – Track 3 ($1,135,454); Plumbing – Track 3 ($162,240); HVAC – Track 3 ($2,231,266); Electrical – Track 3 ($5,236,338). Only prequalified firms will be permitted to submit bids for the categories of work in which they were prequalified. The Construction Manager is W.T. Rich Co., Inc.
