SOLICITATION FOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE BUS FACILITY MODERNIZATION PROGRAM

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

MBTA CONTRACT No. Z94PS09

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting Program Management Consulting Services for the Bus Facility Modernization Program. The Scope of Service may include but is not limited to: Program Management Consulting Services and General Administration Services. The scope of services will be authorized as a standard contract basis. The conceptual level construction cost estimate for the proposed improvements is $750,000,000. The duration of this contract will be five (5) years with two (2) optional three (3) year extensions.

This project will utilize State Funds. Although there is no DBE participation goal for this project, the Authority strongly encourages the use of Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as prime consultants, sub-consultants and suppliers in all of its contracting opportunities.
