The Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance Office of Real Estate Management (DCAMM/OREM) has determined that it is necessary to reopen the bid for procurement of Real Estate Services in order to obtain additional consultant services. Therefore, DCAMM/OREM is reopening the Request for Responses soliciting proposals/bids for the acquisition of the six listed Real Estate Consultant Services (COMMBUYS Bid # BD-21-1019-DCP03-OFA04-58728): Appraisal Services, Auctioneer Services, Land Surveying/ Engineering Services, Land Use Planning Services, Real Estate Advisory Services and Relocation/Property Management Services. The issuing entity intends to make multiple awards for each real estate service category listed above. This procurement is open to both large and small vendors located throughout the Commonwealth. MBEs and WBEs are strongly encouraged to respond. Bidders that were awarded master service contracts under the original solicitation need not respond to this reopening.
