REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”), doing business as the Boston Planning& Development Agency (“BPDA”) is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the ground lease and redevelopment of 17 parcels, representing approximately 191,528 square feet of vacant land in the South End Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-56, known as the Boston Water and Sewer Commission Parking Lots in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston (the “Property”). The BPDA seeks the redevelopment of the Property for mixed-used buildings with residential and commercial space. The RFP package will be available starting December 21st, 2023 on the BPDA Procurement Portal at https://www.bostonplans.org/work-with-us/procurement.
