PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO SOUTH END URBAN RENEWAL PLAN,
PROJECT NO. MASS. R-56, FOR PARCEL 19a-5 LOCATED AT 100 WEST DEDHAM STREET AND PARCELS RD-71, RD-71A, RD-7A-1 LOCATED AT 2 SAN JUAN STREET; SOUTH END NEIGHBORHOOD, BOSTON

Public Notice is hereby given that the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a the Boston Planning & Development Agency will consider at its scheduled meeting on Thursday, May 13, 2021, starting at 3:30 P.M., via Zoom, which meeting can be viewable at this link: bit.ly/3gvuysr a proposed modification to the South End Urban Renewal Plan regarding Parcel 19a-5, located at 100 West Dedham Street, in the South End Neighborhood for a change in use to include residential, commercial, office, service, community and cultural uses and a change in allowable height as well as Parcel RD-71, RD-71A, RD-71A-1 located at 2 San Juan Street, in the South End neighborhood for a change in use to include office, community, cultural and parking uses and change in height, both to reflect the current properties, will be heard. This Public Notice is being provided in accordance with a certain “Conciliation Agreement” by and among the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the BRA and others, dated as of January 16, 2001.
