WORCESTER REGIONAL AIRPORT – AIRSIDE DEVELOPMENT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Massachusetts Port Authority (the “Authority” or “Massport”), owner and operator of Worcester Regional Airport (“Worcester” or “ORH”), is seeking request for proposals for aeronautical development, and potential redevelopment of existing uses and facilities that would enhance the airport’s operational capabilities and economic impact. The airside opportunities consist of approximately twenty-one (21) acres of land for aeronautical development, consistent with Worcester’s role as a commercial and general aviation facility. The proposer(s) selected through this RFP will be responsible for the development, financing, design, permitting (including, without limitation, filing airspace obstruction analysis with FAA), construction, operation, and maintenance for one or more permitted uses as defined in the RFP.

As further described in the RFP, proposals for the opportunities offered in the RFP must be received through BID Express at or prior to 1:00 PM EST on August 31, 2022.
