Of the 210 apartments at 140 Clarendon, 111 are set aside for individuals currently experiencing homelessness. These residents will be supported through the national Housing First model, which seeks to first address immediate housing needs, followed by ongoing resident support services. At 140 Clarendon, resident services are provided through Beacon’s Community Engagement Team and a partnership with The Pine Street Inn.
The remaining 99 affordable apartments come in studio and one-bedroom layouts. Applicants must meet certain income qualifications for approval. If you have any questions about the various options available at 140 Clarendon, please reach out to our management team.
