1 person (60% AMI) $53,760 • 2 persons $61,440 gross income
$1,245 per month includes trash and recycling only.
Tenant pays utilities (including water and sewer)

Due to COVID-19 and public library/town hall closures, applications are available only electronically (download or email) or by mail. Applications can be mailed to P.O. Box 507, Beverly, MA 01915 and the deadline for the lottery postmarked by March 2, 2021. Once lottery has been conducted, we will have an open application period.
