61 Park Street Apartments 1-Bedroom Section 8 Housing WAITING LIST OPENING

The Brookline Housing Authority will be accepting applications for one-bedroom elderly and non-elderly disabled designated units for 61 Park Street Apartments a Section 8 housing assisted development. Local, elderly (62 years) and non-elderly disabled preferences will apply. The waiting list will remain open indefinitely.

Maximum Household Income by family size:

1-PERSON $41,500

2-PERSON $47,400

Applications are available beginning Friday, December 13th. Applications will be available to download from our website at www.brooklinehousing.org. Applications can be returned and accepted via email to apps@brooklinehousing.org, or by US mail and hand delivered to the Brookline Housing Authority, 90 Longwood Ave Ste 1, Brookline, MA 02446. Persons requiring a reasonable accommodation to obtain an application can call 617-277-2022.
