The first affordable homes will be ready in Spring 2020.

This is a lottery for eight affordable homes being built at Elmrock Estates. These eight homes will be sold at affordable prices to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income.

These 8 Farmhouse and Craftsman Style affordable homes, which are part of a 31 single family home subdivision, provide over 2,000 sq. ft. of living space, 2.5 baths, two covered parking spots, economic and efficient natural gas warm air heating system/hot water, and Central AC. Units are built with open floor plans, and are within short distance to open space and walking trails. There are no HOA fees as there is no HOA association.

MAXIMUM HOUSEHOLD INCOME LIMITS:
$52,850 (1 person) • $60,400 (2 people) • $67,950 (3 people)
$75,450 (4 people) • $81,500 (5 people) • $87,550 (6 people)
$93,600 (7 people) • $99,600 (8 people)
The Maximum Household Asset Limit is $75,000.

A Public Info Session will be held on November 6th, 2019 at 6 pm in Room F in the Grafton Memorial Municipal Center (30 Providence Road). The lottery will be on January 8th, 2020, in the same location.

Applications and Required Income Documentation must be delivered, not postmarked, by 2 pm on December 16th, 2019.
