Harmony is a new community of 103 single family homes located in Bellingham. Through this lottery, 3 units will be made available to households earning less than 50% of Area Median Income (AMI), 2 units will be made available to households earning between 50% and 80% of AMI (above 5 units are “Affordable” units), and 2 units will be made available to households earning between 80% and 120% of AMI (above 2 units are “Workforce” units). Homes will feature approximately 2,500 square feet, four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, quality kitchen appliances, high speed internet, washer/dryer hookups, all electric utilities, central air conditioning, and a garage. Sales Prices for these homes are as follows:

Three (3) Homes @ $182,200 will be Sold to Households Earning 50% or Less of the Area Median Income
Two (2) Homes @ $320,300 will be Sold to Households Earning 50% to 80% of the Area Median Income
Two (2) Homes @ $509,100 will be Sold to Households Earning 80% to 120% of the Area Median Income
