Keystone Apartments Section 8 Elderly/Disabled waitlist for 2 bedroom apartments ONLY will re-open from August 1-31, 2022. Placement on the waitlist will be determined by lottery. The income eligibility requirements are as follows:

2 Persons $89,500
3 Persons $100,700
4 Persons $111,850

Applicants must be 62 years or older or disabled to qualify. Rent is 30% of the household’s adjusted monthly gross income.

Applications can be sent to you via email, fax or mail upon request by calling 617-282-9125 or emailing mleone@cjmanagement.com from August 1-31, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am to 4pm. Applications can also be downloaded and printed from KeystoneCmj.com.

Completed applications must be faxed to 617-282-9140, emailed to mleone@cjmanagement.com or dropped off at the management office by August 31 at 4pm to be included in the lottery. All applications sent via US mail must postmarked by August 31 to be included in the lottery.

The lottery will be held remotely on October 6, 2022 at 2pm
