Income limits apply for all units.
30% AMI units: $29,450 (max, 1 person) or $33,650 (max, 2 people) – rent based on income.
60% AMI units: $43,282 (min) – $58,920 (max, 1 person) or $67,320 (max, 2 people)
Estimated maximum rent for 60% units $1,578.
Utilities (heat, A/C, electricity, water) included. Resident responsible for phone, wi-fi, and cable.

Applications can be mailed to P.O. Box 507, Beverly, MA 01915. Applications for the lottery must be postmarked by September 1, 2023 or if submitted in-person, by 4pm on September 1, 2023. Once the lottery has been conducted, we will have an open application period.
